Skoda Rapid Washer Fluid Issue

My 2015 Skoda Rapid diesel has a weird issue. I'm getting a 'washer fluid low' warning on the dash, but the reservoir is full. The windshield washer system isn't working and there's an error stored. Any ideas before I start taking things apart?

I had a similar issue with my Rapid. The windshield cleaning system stopped working. Did you check the fluid level? Sometimes the sensor is too sensitive. Refilling mine fixed it. Can you hear the washer motor trying to pump when you activate the wipers?

I checked the fluid level and it's full. I can't hear the washer motor running. The error is still stored. Did this happen to you? Was it just the low fluid level or something else?

If you can't hear the motor and the reservoir is full, it sounds like we had the same problem. I'd get it checked. I took mine to the workshop. It could be a faulty pump or a bad sensor. They'll be able to diagnose it.

Closing this out. The fluid level sensor was the issue. A replacement cost 25€ and the dashboard light is now off. Thanks for the input!
