I had a similar issue with my Rapid. The wipers just quit. Have you looked at the wiper motor?

Yeah, there was an error code. Cruise control was acting weird too. It might be the stalk itself. I'm no mechanic, though. Maybe get it checked at a shop.

Diagnosis revealed a bad connection at the steering column. The repair set me back 95€, but it's sorted now.
