Thank you for your response. Can you please elaborate on what you mean by 'basic things'? Which components should I be specifically inspecting?

Yes, when I say basic things, I meant exactly that – the cable and plug connections to the dampers themselves. In my case, the connector on one of the front dampers was slightly loose. It's like a water hose that is not fully connected – it will leak, but the hose itself might be perfectly fine. If you are not comfortable checking these yourself, it might be best to take it to a workshop. They should be able to diagnose it quickly. I hope this helps.

Thank you for the information. I took the vehicle to a workshop, and indeed, the cable connection was defective. The repair cost was 95€. The vehicle suspension is now working as expected.

I have a Skoda Superb as well, and I experienced a similar suspension issue not too long ago. The car handling felt off, and the ride was noticeably bumpier. The error memory also stored a fault related to the damping adjustment. Have you checked the basic things, like whether all the suspension system components look to be properly connected? It might sound silly, but sometimes it is the simplest solution. Think of it like a loose cable on your TV – sometimes it's not the TV itself, just the connection.
