Skoda Superb Hybrid Heating Problems

I'm experiencing some weird issues with my 2023 Skoda Superb Hybrid. The car heating output is way too low, barely warms up the cabin. I checked the error memory, and it's showing a defective water valve. Mileage is at 71091 km. Has anyone else had similar problems? The report also mentions that it could be a defective cable or plug connection. I'm just trying to understand the scale of the problem before I take it in. Feels like my car heating is blowing cold air, similar to a broken thermostat.

That sounds awfully familiar. I had similar heating issues with my Superb and an error code stored. Might be the car valve. Seems like these valves can be a bit temperamental. Is your engine coolant level okay?

Interesting! When you say car valve, do you mean the water valve specifically? And did you also experience the low heating output?

Yes, the water valve. And the heating was practically non-existent. I would suggest getting it checked out. It could lead to engine overheating if not addressed quickly. My repair was quite similar as to what you are expecting in terms of cost, but it's best to get a professional opinion. These automotive valve issues can be tricky like a bad fuse.

The workshop confirmed it was a faulty water valve. They also suspect the cable or the plug connection. Repair cost should be around 95€. Thanks a lot for your help!
