Skoda Superb Hybrid NOx Catalyst Issue

I am experiencing an issue with my 2021 Skoda Superb Hybrid. The check engine light is illuminated, and error memory indicates a NOx storage catalyst aging problem. Furthermore, there is a noticeable exhaust leak. Could this exhaust leak be the likely cause of premature NOx catalyst degradation, leading to increased nitrogen oxides emissions?
