Skoda Superb Hybrid Weak Heat Issue

Sounds familiar. I had similar heating issues in my old Renault Megane. The air distribution was all messed up. Have you checked the HVAC unit fuses?

Fuses seem okay. Where exactly should I be looking for this connection issue within the air distribution system?

In my case, the faulty connection was near the air circulation flap motor. If the error memory points to the defrost flap, start there. But honestly, without proper tools, it's a pain to reach. A workshop visit is probably the best option.
