Skoda Superb Stalling at Idle

Throttle body, huh? Interesting. Where exactly is that located, and is it something I could clean myself? I'm reasonably handy, but don't want to mess anything up.

Yes, that's what I thought. It's difficult to clean properly without the right tools. If the engine stalling is really bad, then perhaps a workshop should have a look at the car idle problem.

Just wanted to close the loop on this. Took it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the idle air control valve. Turns out the intake was heavily contaminated, which was the likely cause. Cost me 425€, but now the car idles perfectly. Thanks for the help!

Strange, I had a similar problem with my Skoda Octavia. Is your check engine light on? Did you already check the error memory? I'm just wondering, could the throttle body be dirty? This often causes car idle issues.
