Thank you for your reply. You mentioned a faulty automotive valve. Was the valve itself defective, or was it related to the cable or plug connection, as suggested in my diagnosis? I am trying to understand if it is worth inspecting the connection before replacing the entire valve.

In my case, the valve itself was faulty. The mechanic mentioned that these automotive valves sometimes fail internally, causing them to not open or close properly. While it might be worth inspecting the cable and plug connection, the error stored in the memory, in my opinion, suggests the valve is more likely defective. Given the relatively low cost of the valve, it might be more efficient to replace it directly. It is important to address this quickly, as a malfunctioning cooling system can lead to more serious engine problems. I recommend taking it to a workshop.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Based on the diagnosis and the relatively low cost, I will proceed with replacing the water valve as suggested. Hopefully, this will resolve the low car heating issue.

While I do not have direct experience with your Skoda Yeti, I encountered a similar problem with my Opel Astra a few years ago. The car heating was weak, and I suspected a coolant leak, but it turned out to be a faulty automotive valve in the cooling system. Have you checked the coolant level recently? A low coolant level can also cause poor car heating. Although, an error being stored in the error memory points to a different issue. The cost was similar, under 100€.
