SM3 Terminal 15 Ignition Interrupted

I'm pulling my hair out. My 2010 Renault SM3, electric engine, won't start. The error memory says "Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted". I've checked the battery terminals – they're clean, no corrosion. Anyone ever run into this? Is it a bad starter solenoid or a circuit break? Maybe something is up with the wiring harness. Mileage is at 68219 km. Any insights?

Sounds familiar! I had something similar happen with my SM3 a while back. Did you check the plugs? Is it a cable issue?

I gave the visible cable a quick look, but I am no expert here. By plugs do you mean the ones going into the starter solenoid itself? Was that the same error code you saw, "Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted"?

Yep, that’s the one! I fiddled with it for ages. Honestly, if you're not super confident, I'd say get it to a workshop. From what I remember, the eventual repair cost wasn't huge -- about 95€.

I think you are right, I will call the garage and take it to a professional. I appreciate the help!
