SMAX AdBlue Tank Error No Start

Thanks for the quick reply. The dashboard alert is constant. I read the error code, and it suggests a malfunction within the AdBlue delivery system, but it doesn't specify which part. Does that change your opinion?

Yep, sounds like you've narrowed it down pretty well. Constant alert and a vague code pointing to the delivery system? Given it won't start, it's probably more than just a sensor. Honestly, with those symptoms on a newer vehicle, I'd seriously consider getting it to a workshop. Messing with the SCR catalyst and emission standards stuff can get messy REAL quick. Plus, AdBlue system repairs can be tricky without the right tools.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop, and they confirmed a defective AdBlue output from the tank to the dosing unit. The repair cost 250€. Thanks again for your help.

Whoa, sounds like a real pain! Empty AdBlue error even with a full tank and a no-start condition? That's classic dodgy AdBlue system behavior. Is the dashboard alert constant, or intermittent? Did you try reading the specific error code stored? That might give you a clue if it's the pump or a sensor freaking out. But yeah, your 'defective AdBlue output' theory is likely spot on.
