SMAX AdBlue Tank Error No Start

I have a 2021 Ford SMAX diesel with 43751 km. I'm getting an empty AdBlue tank error on the speedometer, even though the tank is full. There's also an error stored in the memory, and the engine won't start. I suspect a defective AdBlue output from the tank to the dosing unit. Anyone seen this?
