Good evening! I have a 2003 Nissan Micra with 238,000 km and a gasoline engine. I'm experiencing the following problem: When the car is running and the RPMs go above 3,000, I notice white smoke with a strong smell coming from the exhaust. The engine temperature remains stable and I don't see anything alarming in the radiator. I've noticed similar symptoms in other Micras of the same year, but I'm worried it might be a problem with the head gasket. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Check the coolant level and oil condition to see if there's any mixing, which could indicate a head gasket issue. If the coolant level is dropping or the oil looks milky, it might be a sign of a leak. Let me know what you find or if you have any further questions!
