Thanks for the quick response. Were you experiencing similar issues— specifically, the intermittent illumination of both the oil pressure warning lamp and the warning light in the speedometer? Can you elaborate on the oil level discrepancy you observed? Was it an oil leak, or something else contributing to the oil contamination?

Okay, so the dash lights weren't exactly the same, but the low oil level definitely triggered some warnings. Given what you're seeing, it really does sound like more than just needing a top-up. I wouldn’t risk driving it too much. Honestly, I'd take it to a workshop. Better safe than sorry, right?

Based on your recommendation, I took my Spider to a reputable workshop for an inspection. The diagnosis confirmed that the exceeded maintenance interval had led to the contamination of the engine oil, so I had a complete oil change and filter replacement. The repair was 165€. Thanks again for your timely assistance; your guidance proved invaluable.

Hey! I had a similar scare with my Spider, though it sounds like yours is more severe. Were you checking the oil level regularly? I noticed the light flickering on mine, and the dipstick showed a lower level of oil than usual.
