Hello everyone,
I own a 2009 BMW M3 with a gasoline engine and 150,000 km on the odometer. I'm having trouble starting the engine. The fault code 002AFB indicates a problem with the intake air temperature sensor. I've already replaced this sensor, but the fault persists. I checked the connector with a multimeter and I'm getting 5V. I'm looking for advice or solutions to solve this problem.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Check the wiring harness for any signs of damage or corrosion that might be affecting the signal from the intake air temperature sensor. If the wiring looks good, consider checking the engine control unit (ECU) for any issues. Let me know how it goes or if you have further questions!
