Honestly, I didn't get too deep into it myself. After a bit of troubleshooting that sounds like what you've done, I took it to a workshop. They mentioned something about a faulty sensor draining the battery even when the car was off. Cost me about 315€ all in.

I have a Stilo too, and that sounds awfully familiar. I had almost the exact same symptoms a while back – the flickering lights were a real pain. Did you check the voltage regulator?
