Stilo Blower Failure
Summary of the thread
The conversation centers around a 2006 Fiat Stilo with a non-functional fresh air blower. Despite checking the fuses, the blower remains lifeless, leading to speculation about a possible blower motor failure. A suggestion to check the resistor pack is made, but ultimately, a workshop visit confirms the blower motor is defective. The issue is resolved with a replacement, restoring airflow.

A resistor pack? I haven't looked at that. Where is it located? Is it difficult to replace? My technical expertise is limited to checking fluids and fuses.

I couldn't tell you exactly where it is. I vaguely remember looking for it but couldn't find it, so I took it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the blower motor itself that was defective. If you're not confident, I'd recommend a professional.

I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on - the blower motor was defective! The repair including labor and parts came to 365€, but at least I have some air flow again. Thank you for your help!

Sounds frustrating. I had something similar with my Stilo when the air circulation stopped. Have you checked the resistor pack? It's a common issue that can cause the blower to fail completely, or only work on certain settings.
