Strada Lean Running Issue

I'm experiencing a problem with my 2011 Fiat Strada, gasoline engine, with 53235 km mileage. The engine seems to be running too lean. Symptoms include reduced engine power, the check engine light illuminating, rough engine running, and jerking during acceleration. Could a defective injection valve be the cause?

I had a similar issue with my Strada. Have you checked the spark plugs and the intake manifold for any obstructions? The check engine light could also indicate a problem with the throttle body. Fuel injectors could be the culprit too.

Yes, the symptoms were very similar. I did not manage to resolve it myself; I had to take it to a workshop. Turned out to be a faulty injector; it cost me about 515€ to get it sorted.
