I mostly drive on paved roads, but occasionally gravel. I inspected the sensor and saw some grime, cleaned it, but the error persists. Is this what you experienced? Did cleaning the sensor solve it for you?

Cleaning the sensor didn't solve it for me. Since you've already tried that and the error is still there, it might be best to take it to a workshop. They can run a proper diagnostic check and see if there's a more serious underlying problem. Better safe than sorry with these collision avoidance systems.

I took the Fiat Strada to a workshop. Diagnostic test confirmed the radar sensor was faulty due to dirt. They cleaned the sensor, recalibrated the system, and the error has now been cleared. Total cost: 45€.

I've seen something similar with my Strada. When the radar sensor went haywire, it threw up all sorts of weird errors. Have you checked if anything is physically obstructing the sensor? Even a bit of mud can cause problems. What kind of conditions do you normally drive in?
