Interesting. Fuel economy has taken a bit of a hit, yes. When you say 'similar,' are we talking the exact same 'reset quantity drift compensation' error? And if so, what was the eventual fix? Did it involve compensation adjustment or was it a car sensors issue?

Yep, same error. It was a fuel injection issue alright. Honestly, I messed around with it for a bit, but quickly realized it was over my head. Took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. Saved me a lot of headaches. So, are you thinking of fixing it yourself?

Right, workshop it is. Thanks for confirming that it was likely the same error code; gives me a starting point at least. Turns out it was indeed the injection valve/injector, and the whole ordeal cost me 515€. Appreciate the insight!

Rough engine and that error code, huh? Sounds familiar! I have a Suburban too, although I can't remember the exact year, and I had something similar happen. Check engine light, the whole shebang. Was your fuel economy also dropping like a stone? Or maybe it's just me?
