Sunny hands-free microphone issue

Yes, the error was stored in the error memory, and pointed to the infotainment system being defective. Given the symptoms and error, it's very likely that's the culprit. In my case, the eventual repair cost was around 815€. Honestly, I'd suggest getting it checked out by a workshop. They can properly diagnose if it's a software or hardware issue.
