SupraIV Bluetooth Pairing Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2002 Toyota SupraIV owner is experiencing issues with Bluetooth pairing, suspecting incorrect pairing as the cause. Another owner suggests that the Bluetooth module might be malfunctioning and recommends deleting and re-pairing the connection. After trying this without success, the original owner takes the car to a workshop, where a software glitch is identified and resolved with a reset.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

I deleted the pairing from both devices and re-established the connection, but the problem is still there. What specifics did you see?

Yeah, I did the same thing, deleted and re-paired like five times. Still kept dropping the connection. Eventually, it just stopped connecting altogether. Honestly? Just take it to a workshop. It's probably a small fix. I bet it's something wonky with the head unit.

Thanks, especially about the workshop idea. It was fixed for only 45€, just like you thought. It was a software glitch, needed a reset.

SupraIV owner here too! Sounds like the Bluetooth module is acting up. I had something kinda similar where my phone wouldn't stay connected. Did you try deleting the connection on both your phone and the car's system and re-pairing?
