SupraIV Gear Shift Indicator Failure

I'm having trouble with my 2002 Toyota SupraIV (gasoline engine). The gear shift indicator display isn't working. I can't engage gears, the automatic transmission is acting weird, the gearbox is slipping, and there are grinding noises when I shift. Plus, there are stored error codes, and the gear selection display in the speedometer is dead. Anyone seen this before?
