Tacoma rear window heating issue

Hey, I've got a weird problem with my 2023 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid (136806 km). The rear window heating isn't working, there's an error stored, and the windshield heating seems weak. Could a bad battery cause all this?

That's a puzzle. I've got a Tacoma too, though older. I had a similar rear defroster issue. Did you check the heating coil or fuses? Could the defrost setting be interfering?

Thanks! Fuses are good. Not sure how to check the heating coil though. What happened with your Tacoma, and how did you fix it?

My symptoms were similar. I suspected the battery, but couldn't confirm without special equipment. I'd take it to a trusted shop for a diagnosis. My repair was around 290€.
