Well, in my Doblo, it was related to the steering wheel controls, specifically the wiring loom that goes to the cruise control buttons. Tracing car electronics issues can be tricky. Given the symptoms you're describing and that error code stored, you're better off getting a diagnostic scan at a workshop.
