Talento reduced engine power

Hi, I've got a 2018 Fiat Talento diesel and I'm pulling my hair out. The engine power is seriously reduced, and my auto scanner is showing an error. Any ideas?

I had similar symptoms on my 2016 Opel Vivaro after someone messed with the ECU. Have you had any chip tuning done?

Chip tuning... yeah, the previous owner had it done by some third-party. Could that really be it?

In my case, the faulty chip tuning was indeed the root cause. I suggest you visit a workshop to have it checked.

Thanks for the advice! Turns out you were spot on – the chip tuning was the culprit. Workshop reset the ECU and now it runs normal! Cost me 180€.
