Talisman emergency call malfunction

My 2021 Renault Talisman gasoline shows an emergency call system malfunction. Error stored, message and warning light in the speedometer. Likely a defective cable or plug. Anyone else seen this?

Did the error also point to cable/plug?

Yes, that's right. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop.
