Talisman hands free microphone failure

Hey! I drive a Talisman too. Sounds familiar. Was there a lot of ambient noise recently affecting the microphone? Did you check the volume or speech recognition settings?

Thanks for the reply. Ambient noise wasn't high, and volume controls seem normal. Speech recognition isn't working either, which makes sense if the microphone is faulty. Did you have speech recognition issues too? What was the cause in your case?

Yes, exactly the same! Speech recognition died along with the phone. After checking the wireless connections, I recommend consulting a workshop. It turned out the infotainment system was faulty.
