Territory Uneven Engine Running

My 2013 Ford Territory gasoline model is running unevenly. It has 40341 km on the odometer. The check engine light is on, there's an error code, and it jerks when I accelerate. I've checked the air filter and ignition coils. Could a faulty crankshaft sensor or timing belt be the problem?

Sounds rough. I had a similar issue with my Territory. Is it also idling rough? I'd bet on an exhaust leak.

Yeah, mine threw a code and the light was on constantly. The exhaust leak was the problem. Honestly, get it checked at a workshop. Saved me a headache.

Thanks for the advice. A local mechanic found a leak in the exhaust system. The repair cost 265€. It runs smoothly now.
