I haven't checked the washer motor yet. How did you check the motor in your Opel Insignia? I want to understand the diagnostic process.

I used a multi-meter to check the voltage to the motor when the washer was on. No voltage meant an electrical problem; voltage but no motor activity meant a bad motor. Your Territory is different, so the wiring and motor location might be different. Be careful, and maybe visit a workshop if you're unsure. I had to replace my motor, but check the simple things first. Good luck!

I refilled the wiper fluid, and the warning is gone, and the washer system works! The simple solution fixed it. The event was stored in the error memory, this was cleared during the workshop visit. The refill fluid cost 25€. Thanks for your help!

I had a similar issue with my 2015 Opel Insignia. The 'low washer fluid' warning stayed on, and the washer system didn't work. For me, it wasn't just the fluid level. Have you checked the washer motor? A bad motor can trigger those warnings, even if the fluid is okay.
