Thalia AC not cooling

I have a 2005 Renault Thalia with a diesel engine, and the AC has stopped working. It doesn't cool at all, and the system doesn't even seem to switch on. Is this a common issue with these models?

I had a similar problem with my Thalia. The AC just quit. Did you check the AC relay or maybe the pressure switch?

I haven't checked those specifically. Where are they located, and is it easy to test them?

Honestly, I didn't bother checking myself. Took it straight to a workshop. Turned out to be some valves in the AC system. Cost about 1000€ to fix. Probably best to get it checked out properly.

Thanks for the insight. I suspected it might be something more involved. Looks like a trip to the shop is in order. Appreciate the help!
