Honestly, for something that safety-critical, just take it back to them or a different garage and get it sorted properly.

Your assessment was right! The workshop admitted a mistake during bleeding. A re-bleed and sensor replacement (90€ total) fixed it. The error is gone, and braking is back to normal. Thanks for the quick and helpful advice!
