Trafic headlight range control faulty

Hi, I've got a 2000 Renault Trafic with a gasoline engine and a strange problem. The headlight range control seems faulty. There's an error stored, and the warning light is on. The low beams are either pointing way too low or way too high. Any ideas?

Hello! I had a similar issue with my Trafic. From my experience, it could be a fault in the servomotor which controls the headlight beam. Has any recent work been done on the headlights, or have you noticed any physical damage to the headlight units themselves?
