Thanks for the quick reply! No recent work or damage that I've noticed. Where exactly is this servomotor located, and is there any way to test it before replacing it?

Based on the described symptoms and error codes, a defective servomotor is the most probable cause, it is mounted directly on the headlight assembly. While it might be tempting to try and test it, diagnosing it properly requires specialized diagnostic tools and knowledge. Given the sensitive nature of the adaptive headlight system and the potential safety implications, I strongly recommend taking it to a qualified workshop for professional diagnostics and repair. I ended up paying 1040€ including parts and labor.

Okay, thanks for the advice! Sounds like it's best left to the professionals. I'll get it checked out at a workshop.

Hello! I had a similar issue with my Trafic. From my experience, it could be a fault in the servomotor which controls the headlight beam. Has any recent work been done on the headlights, or have you noticed any physical damage to the headlight units themselves?
