Thanks for the reply. I can't hear the compressor running, no. I haven't found any air leaks yet. About the sensor - Where exactly is it located?

If the compressor isn't running, that does suggest a potential compressor failure or a related electrical problem, as you thought. The ride height sensors are typically located near each wheel. However, without proper diagnostic equipment, it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause. I would recommend taking it to a qualified workshop for a thorough inspection.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I took it to the shop, and you were right. It was a defective cable connection to the compressor. The bill came to 95€, which isn't too bad. Appreciate the help!

Greetings. I had a similar issue with my Transit. Do you hear the compressor running at all? Have you checked for any obvious air leaks around the suspension components? The error codes would be helpful too. A ride height sensor malfunction could also cause similar symptoms.
