Thanks for the info! No, I haven't checked the fuses yet, where are they located? But could a defective fuse cause the error memory to log a fault?

Yes, a defective fuse can definitely trigger a fault code. However, in my case, the fuse was fine. Unfortunately, the heating element itself was faulty. I would recommend visiting a workshop to get it checked out.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to the workshop, and you were right. The heating mat was defective, and they replaced it. Cost me 390€. Appreciate the help!

I have a Traveller as well, and I had a similar issue last winter. The seat heating stopped working, and the diagnostic tool also showed a fault. Did you check the fuses?
