Troubleshooting Navigation, Audio, and Interior Light Issues in 2023 Seat Tarraco Gasoline Engine

Hey everyone, I've been having some gremlins with my 2023 Seat Tarraco Gasoline engine. My Navigation and Audio systems just stopped working out of the blue. I suspect it might have something to do with the interior light being defective? Has anyone had this issue before? I'm really curious to hear how you managed to fix it and your experience in dealing with your workshop. Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Hey there, I had a similar problem with my 2025 Seat Ateca. I'd not call myself a car wizard, but I've some experience tinkering around. Had a niggling problem with my interior light which messed up with the audio and navigation too. Took it to my trusty local workshop and they sorted it out for me, cost was about 85 Euro. It seems related to a minor electrical glitch. No worries since then. Could you provide details about your car's model and specific systems, please? Might be able to share some more tips and insights with a wee bit more info. Hope this helps! Best,

Hey there! Thanks for chiming in with your suggestion. My Tarraco's already been through quite some roads - it's at 195,634 KM. I'm not that tech-savvy myself, but I do keep up with my car's services. My last service was pretty recent too. I can't provide more specifics about the nav or audio systems apart from what I already said, they both just went flat. And just for clarification, my interior lights are doing this weird thing where they dim and flicker on their own. Bit spooky, honestly! If you have any specific solutions or experiences to share, that would be ace! Catch ya on the flip side,

Hey! Your mileage makes me believe we're somewhat in the same veterans club with our Seats! Good on you for keeping up with your car’s services, that’s half the battle won. From what you've said about your interior lights, it does seem like a case similar to what I faced with my Ateca. The flickering could be a tell-tale sign of some electrical trouble which could be causing issues with your nav and audio. Honestly, can't give you a definite guide to fix this yourself since it could be many things playing up here. But definitely check the fuses, there might be one blown causing all these troubles. If you even suspect of a bad earth, best get it to a garage since you mentioned you're not that tech-savvy. 86 Euro might seem a bit steep but trust me it's money well spent. These glitches can soon grow into gremlins if not fixed at the earliest. Keep an eye on that light in the meantime! Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes!

Hello! Haha, yeah we sure seem to be in the same veteran club. Your suggestion about the fuses sounds simple enough for me to take a look at. I might need to spend some quality time with the car manual to figure out which fuse I should be checking, but I could give it a shot. I really appreciate the heads up about the cost. Honestly, I'd rather pay up front to tackle the problem straight away, than let it turn into something bigger and messier. I'll arrange to get it to the garage for a more professional-looking eye. I'll keep you all updated on how it goes. Fingers crossed it's not those dreaded gremlins on the loose! Catch you later and thanks again for your advice!
