Tucson Climate Control Failure
Summary of the thread
The climate control system on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson was malfunctioning, with issues including low heating output and a non-functional AC. Initial checks of fuses and connections suggested a defective cable or plug connection. A similar past issue with another vehicle pointed to a corroded electrical connector as a possible cause. Upon professional inspection, a faulty connector was confirmed and replaced, resolving the problem.

The blower motor seems to be functioning, but very weak. I haven't gotten around to probing the power supply to the control unit yet. Do you recall if the Corsa issue was the result of a faulty wiring harness?

My Corsa's symptoms were similar, weak blower and then nothing. In my case, a corroded electrical connector caused the whole mess. Honestly, I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop. It will save you a lot of nerves.

Thanks! I appreciate it. I took your advice and brought it in. Turns out it was a faulty connector, just like you suspected. They replaced it and I’m back in business. Total cost 95€.

Sounds frustrating! I had a comparable problem with my old Opel Corsa. The whole climate control unit went dark. Does the blower motor work at all, or is it completely dead? Have you tested the power supply to the control unit itself?
