Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I do not possess any advanced diagnostic tools beyond a basic OBD reader. I am only seeing the generic high-voltage system error. Is it still possible to check each cell individually without dedicated equipment?

Without the proper tools, checking each cell individually would be difficult and potentially dangerous. Given the high-voltage system error, reduced power, and engine shut-offs, it's most likely a heavily discharged or defective battery. I suggest you bring it to a qualified workshop as soon as possible to avoid further damage or safety risks. These systems are complex and require specialized handling.

I appreciate your advice. I took it to the local service center. You were correct; it was a defective battery cell causing a system malfunction. The repair involved replacing the battery module and cost 290€. Thank you again for your helpful input!

That sounds suspiciously like a battery drain issue, potentially aggravated by a faulty voltage sensor. I had similar symptoms on a previous vehicle; high-voltage system malfunction, coupled with the engine cutting out. First thing I'd suggest is getting the high-voltage system checked, focusing on each cell's voltage individually. Do you have any diagnostic tools available to read the error codes beyond the generic warning?
