Tundra transmission issues

I'm having trouble with my 2014 Toyota Tundra with a gasoline engine. It only has 55705 km on it. The transmission indicator light and check engine light keep coming on. The automatic transmission goes into emergency mode, doesn't shift right, slips sometimes, and makes a grinding noise when shifting. I scanned it, and there's an error stored related to the radiator oil pressure. Could a defective cable or plug connection of the component be the problem? I'm wondering if it might be related to the oil cooler, or maybe the car overheating, or even a bad pressure sensor.

I had a similar issue with my Tundra. Are you sure it's the radiator oil pressure? When mine acted up, it was a faulty sensor on the transmission cooler line. Did you check the cooling fan?
