Twingo auxiliary battery alarm issue
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Renault Twingo Electric is experiencing issues with its auxiliary battery alarm system, which is storing an error and is non-functional. The problem is likely due to the auxiliary battery failing because of age, given the vehicle's high mileage of 226,933 km. A suggested solution is to check the battery voltage and potentially replace the battery, which was confirmed as the cause and resolved at a workshop.

Thanks for the quick response! What voltage readings did you get when you had the issue, and did it only impact the alarm, or were there other symptoms?

Can't recall the exact voltage, sorry! But if the error is stored and the alarm doesn't work, it will likely be the battery. I advise take it to the workshop to confirm.

Thanks! I appreciate your help. Just got the Renault Twingo back from the workshop. The auxiliary battery was indeed discharged due to age. Repair cost me 330€. All sorted now!

I also have a Twingo! I had a similar issue once. Have you checked the battery voltage? Maybe start with a basic battery check.
