Twingo DPF Exhaust Pressure

My 2011 Renault Twingo diesel is throwing a fit. DPF exhaust pressure too low, warning light's on, power's down, smokes when I accelerate and smells awful. Mileage is 189509 km. Any ideas?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Twingo. Is it struggling to regenerate the particulate filter perhaps?

Could be... How did you solve it? What exactly was faulty?

I tried forcing a DPF regeneration, but no dice. Ended up being the exhaust back pressure sensor. Get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks! Indeed, exhaust back pressure sensor was the culprit, as you suggested. Replaced it for 245€. Runs like a charm again!
