Twingo parking heater issue

Hi, my 2021 Renault Twingo (gasoline engine) has a weird issue. The parking heater won't activate, and the car's throwing an error code. Has anyone experienced something similar? I checked the fuses, but they seem fine. Could it be a coolant leak?

Hey! I had a similar issue with my Twingo. Could be the glow plug. Have you noticed any other weird stuff, like the engine struggling to start in cold weather?

Hmm, interesting. I haven't noticed any issues with starting, even when it's cold. Where exactly is this glow plug located? Is it something I could potentially check myself?

I'm not 100% sure where it is exactly, to be honest. My Twingo had the same symptoms as yours – parking heater wouldn't work, error code. In the end, the workshop told me it was the glow plug and replaced it. Cost around 440€. Maybe it's best to get it checked by a professional!
