Twizy Auxiliary Battery Error

My 2015 Renault Twizy (electric) has 136091 km and is showing an auxiliary battery malfunction. I'm getting an error on the speedometer, a stored error, and weak battery performance on startup, plus general electrical issues. I suspect the battery isn't charging. Has anyone seen this, and what can I check before taking it in?

I had a similar issue with my 2018 Opel Ampera-e. Auxiliary power issues can be tricky. Is the 12V battery actually charging when the car is running?

I checked the voltage with a multimeter when the car was on. Given your symptoms, it's best to get it to a workshop. A repair will likely cost around 290€.
