Twizy microphone failure

Hi, I have a 2020 Renault Twizy (electric engine) with 158187 km on the clock. Recently, the hands-free microphone stopped working, so telephony is no longer possible. I checked the error memory and there's a stored error. Anyone else experienced this?

Hey! That sounds frustrating. I've never had that exact problem, but I did have some weird audio input issues with my older car. Does the speech recognition still work, or is that dead too? Have you tried fiddling with any of the wireless connection settings? Maybe something got switched off accidentally?

Speech recognition is also dead. I checked the Bluetooth settings and everything seems fine, I even unpaired and paired my phone again. Where exactly can I configure the microphone settings?

Okay, if both the hands-free and speech recognition are down, and you've already tried the obvious Bluetooth stuff, it does sound like something more serious. From what I've read, ambient noise can sometimes mess with the microphone, but if it's completely dead, it could be a hardware fault in the infotainment system. I'd probably get it checked out by someone who knows their way around car audio systems.

Thanks for the help! I took it to a workshop. They said the infotainment system was defective and quoted 815€ for the repair. I authorized it and it is now fixed!
