Ulysee seat heating malfunction

Hi, my 2009 Fiat Ulysee with a gasoline engine has a problem with the seat heating. It doesn't get warm at all, and there's an error stored in the memory. I suspect the heating mat is defective, anyone had similar?

Hey there, I had a similar issue with my Ulysee. If it's the same as mine, the heating element in the seat is likely the culprit. Does it happen on both front seats, or just one?

Ah, just the driver's seat too, same as mine. Sounds like the heating mat in your seat has gone kaput, just like mine did. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop; they will be able to replace it. I had mine done for around 390€.
