Ulysee stalling at idle

Hi, my 2010 Fiat Ulysee diesel is acting up. The check engine light is on, and it stalls at idle. Power is way down. Suspect it's the fuel volume regulator, maybe the high pressure pump. Anyone seen this before?

Sounds familiar. Had similar symptoms on my old Saab after the fuel regulator went bad. Rough idling and terrible fuel economy, right? Did you check the car sensors?

Yeah, rough idling and definitely worse fuel economy. Which sensors should I be looking at specifically?

In my case, it was a faulty high pressure pump that screwed up the regulator. I'd get it checked by a workshop. Could be the same for you.

Thanks, will do. Turns out it was a defective fuel volume regulator, likely caused by the high pressure pump, like you said. Cost me 1510€ to fix.
