Unstable engine problems and loss of power in BMW 3

Hi all, I have a 2019 BMW 3 with 60,000 km and I am experiencing several problems. The engine is unstable, the car jerks when accelerating and after a few minutes it loses power. Also, the engine light is on and although I have tried to remove it with an OBD2 scanner, it comes back. When I start the car, the engine seems stable, but the problems start when accelerating. Is it safe to continue driving the car in these conditions? What could be causing these problems and how can I fix them? I would greatly appreciate your help and advice. thank you!
