UrbanCruiser keyless entry failure

Keyless access on my 2013 Toyota UrbanCruiser diesel has stopped working. There's an error stored. Could it be a defective cable or plug connection in the door electronics? Anyone seen this?

I have an UrbanCruiser too. Sounds like the door actuator or wiring in the door. Is the central locking system also affected?

The central locking works fine with the key and inside button. Just the keyless entry on the driver's door. Still sound like the door actuator?

Ah, okay. Mine was a similar story - door electronics fault. I took it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the connector and replaced it quickly.

I had the connector replaced. The cable or plug connection was defective. Repair cost was 95€. Keyless entry works again!
