UrbanCruiser steering column adjustment defective

My 2021 Toyota UrbanCruiser, gasoline engine, has an electric steering column adjustment malfunction at 120752 km. Error memory registered a fault, and it can't be adjusted electrically. I suspect a cable or plug connection issue. Anyone else had this?

The dealer confirmed a faulty connection. I'd recommend a workshop visit. It's a fairly quick and inexpensive fix.
