V Klasse air suspension problem

My Mercedes V Klasse, build year 2020 with a gasoline engine, is acting up. The air suspension seems totally shot at 210759 km. It won't lift anymore, leans to one side, the speedometer shows an error, and the ride is incredibly bumpy. I'm guessing it's a problem with the air spring, maybe the valve?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with the pneumatic suspension on my V Klasse. Is it making any hissing noises? From my experience, it could be a defective valve in the air suspension bellows. Have you checked the ride height sensors?

No hissing, but how would I check the ride height sensors? Where are they located? Is it easy to do? If not, I think I will just send it to the workshop.

Checking the ride height sensors can be tricky without the right tools. Given the symptoms and error messages, a defective air spring valve is the likely culprit, like what happened to me. Honestly, I would recommend taking it to a workshop. I ended up paying around 590€ to get mine fixed.
