V40 massage seat failure

Hi, I've got a 2017 Volvo V40 diesel with 237072 km. The driver's seat massage function isn't working. The switch is dead, and there's a stored error. Fuses are fine. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with the massage seat in my old BMW 5 series. It was a faulty connection. Have you checked the cable and plug connection under the seat?

Access wasn't too bad, but the space is tight. If you're not comfortable poking around, it might be worth getting a workshop to take a look. Could save you some headaches.

Took it to the shop, and you were spot on! Defective cable connection under the seat. They fixed it for 95€. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
