V60 AC Temperature Sensor Issue

My 2022 Volvo V60 hybrid has 75208 km. The error memory says there's a defective temperature sensor in the heat exchanger. I'm getting an error message and the AC won't activate. I think it's a defective AC control unit. Has anyone seen this?

I have a V60, not sure of the year. Those symptoms point to a coolant leak, specifically for the AC. Low coolant impacts a number of sensors. Are your coolant levels stable? Any unusual smells in the cabin?

Coolant levels look stable. No unusual odors. Can you give more detail about the sensor malfunction you saw? What error code did you get?

Visual coolant checks might not catch a slow leak. A pressure test could show something. My error code was for sensor calibration, not leakage. I'd suggest a workshop that can calibrate the sensor system.

Understood. I'll get it inspected and recalibrated. The repair was 980€, including parts and labor.
